In our agricultural country, Turkey, we have succeeded in increasing the productivity of our farmers and factories through digital transformation using Hayal Gücü TECHNOLOGY. The most important point in the story of beet conversion to sugar is digestion measurements, i.e., laboratory analyses, which were made autonomous and measured with precision without human intervention. At the same time, with scale automation, weight data and laboratory data were combined at the factory acceptance stage to calculate farmers' entitlements. After the truck unloading, the producer receipt was printed, and our farmers were also notified via SMS.

Smart appointment system allows our farmers to deliver their products without waiting in the queue at the warehouse. This way, product delivery is accelerated during campaign periods, preventing farmers from wasting time.

All real-time data from factory automation is collected in a central big data pool and processed by smart algorithms to make factory processes more efficient and controllable. This real-time information has enabled the creation of a farmer information portal and summary data, which can be accessed via mobile devices.

Factory warehouse acceptance, shipment and transfer methods have been integrated with ERP systems through mobile devices, ensuring error-free and fast processing.

Fixed asset tracking has been enhanced with smart tags to improve accountability procedures.

The entire process has been integrated with accounting, enabling real-time transfer of inventory and production data to the balance sheet, thereby accelerating declaration and reporting processes.
